Daniel Viktorovich Studio is a private tool operated for publishing its owner’s own content to his own YouTube channel.
The application is not offered to the public. There is no registration, no subscription and no shared instance. The only person authorised to use it is its owner, acting on his own channel.
All content uploaded through the application is the owner’s own and is his responsibility. The application does not generate, alter or redistribute anyone else’s content.
Use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. Where these terms and Google’s rules disagree, Google’s rules prevail.
The application is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. No liability is accepted for interruptions of the YouTube APIs or for consequences of their changes.

Все загружаемые через приложение материалы принадлежат владельцу и являются его ответственностью. Приложение не создаёт, не изменяет и не распространяет чужие материалы.
Использование подчиняется Условиям использования YouTube и Google API Services User Data Policy. При расхождении приоритет за правилами Google.
Приложение предоставляется «как есть». Ответственность за перебои в работе API YouTube и последствия их изменений не принимается.
